Room in new apartment at Havneholmen
Hello, my brother (31) and I (27) are looking for a nice homestead for our new, delicious apartment at Havneholmen. The apartment has 4 rooms totaling 126 m2, located on the 5th floor and has a balcony with a canal view. The entire residential complex is about 1 year old ie the apartment is almost brand new and has all appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer). The rooms are relatively small and the kitchen / living room makes up most of the area. It is therefore very important that we all feel comfortable in the apartment and have a nice time together. We go primarily after a peer-in-law guy who controls things. We work both full time for daily and think you also do. It is important that you want to contribute to a good community, there is no compulsion, but a good talk or communal dinner will be very appropriate. We want to have a home away from home and it's obvious that we all do well after ourselves. As we first get the key to the lease on 01.12, it will not be possible to see it at first. However, if we have a good match, we can try to consult the landlord for a tour. The floor plan and the photos from the landlord's website give a good impression of the apartment.
