Room in nature-rich Langaa
Since my current creamie has found its own place, I need a new creamie. So if you're missing a room in the Aarhus / Randers area, it's just right for you! It is a 13kvm room in scenic Langå. The rent is 4100kr and Al consumption is included in the rent. There are also smart TVs with HBO, Viaplay and Netflix without even calculation. The accommodation is a total of 102 sq.m. It is divided into entrance, large bathroom, combined kitchen all rooms and living room and 2 rooms, as seen on the pictures. There is also a smaller locked storage shed, and shared open bicycle / moped shed. There are some common areas in the residential complex for free use. Langå has a lot to offer, rich in nature and everything you need. There is dentist, medical center, library, butcher, pharmacy, hairdressers, pizza shops, flower shop, facts, Rema, bakery, bookshop, bodega and inn. The property is approx. 250m from the station, but completely free of noise genes. Langå is also a turning station and railway hub, so there are good connections both to Aarhus and Viborg / Aalborg. I'm 25 years old and studying Finance Economics in Viby and have lived here for a good 1 year. I have furnished the living room / kitchen all rooms and there is free use of it all if things are treated nicely. Until now we have run on a common food budget of SEK 700 per person. Nose that is covered with all food, cleaning products and some personal necessities such as toothpaste, shampoo, hand soap, cotton swab etc. It is free to keep your own food budget, if desired.
