Room in Næstved
Dear Housing Seeker :) As we are left with an empty room per 1/10, respectively of 16m², we are looking for someone who would like to move in with us. The apartment is a total of 111m² and contains 3 rooms, 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is centrally located in Næstved Centrum, with only 5 min to the station, on walking legs. We will share the kitchen and bathroom and of course there will also be access to the living room. A little about us: Polette She is a sweet, quiet girl of 20 years who has a small dog of 7 months. She works full time as a servant on a daily basis. She loves both sitting at home and watching movies, but also going out to town with my girlfriends. As a person she is happy, open, easy to get along with and she is good at taking other people into consideration. She is a social person, but also protects privacy. Frederik: He is an energetic and talkative guy of 23 years. He studies daily for a service economist in Slagelse. That is why there is often and often one in the apartment. He loves the cozy moments at home, just as much as he loves a spontaneous city tour. You always meet Frederik with a smile on your lips and are always open for a talk. Beyond that, both Frederik and Polette can be ready for a good city trip or a nice evening. That's why it all depends on chemistry, because if we can't talk together, it's not going to work. Whether you are a boy or girl is subordinate as long as you are between 20-26, who is fresh on living with us as we have a room available. We are looking for someone who can respect our little dog and who does not expect party and colors every weekend.
