I'm looking for a tenant it might want to live with me! I do not want to have couples because the space is not for it. I would like you to be a student, and either have a higher education degree, whether it is a bachelor, master or PhD. Or that you start a study as soon as possible. The reason I'm looking for this is because there is a significant housing shortage for students in Copenhagen! The room is 20 sqm with a small balcony. It is a 3 bedroom apartment with large bathroom and kitchen for sharing. I even use the other 2 rooms. The apartment is split up once in a while. My experience with other tenants is that it works just fine. the rent of 3900kr. Which includes electricity, laundry and wireless internet. There is access to the washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher in the apartment. The apartment is close to Emdrup station. ca. 3 minutes walk. It is close to Fitness World and there are excellent shopping opportunities in the area. I am looking for a tenant who wants to stay for a long period of time. I have an expectation of mutual respect for each other and that we together can stand for cleaning the common areas. I myself do not smoke, and therefore wish that a future tenant is not smoking.
