From 1 May 2019, I sublease a room indefinitely in a nice and modern apartment in Aarhus C. The apartment is located on Finderupvej 10 and is on the 3rd floor. The room is 9 square meters and has a large built-in cupboard and a large window facing a cozy common area. The apartment itself was built in 2015 and super nice furnished with a spacious kitchen room, a large luxurious bathroom and a lovely large shower cubicle, 2 rooms, a small entrance hall and a lovely balcony. The facade faces west which means that we get the evening sun on the balcony and into the kitchen-family room. There is a combined washer and dryer in the bathroom and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The apartment has a great location close to Aarhus University, Shopping, nature, fitness, VIA and downtown. There are good opportunities for public transport and bicycle distance to everything in Aarhus. A little about me: My name is Mikkel, I am 23 years old and I am in the 3rd semester as a building design engineer at Aarhus University. I am a quiet and calm person who spends a lot of time on the studio and friends. I greatly appreciate that it is relatively clean in the apartment and that one takes into account each other in terms of alarm. A little about you: You will at least stay here for 1 year. You appreciate a clean home and even contribute to maintaining it. You respect a closed door and take into account the other residents. You should also like to be approx. 20-25 years and possibly be students. The economic: The rent is SEK 4150. In addition, there is aconto water / heat (DKK 350 per month) and with YouSee's small TV package (DKK 115 per month). The total rent will therefore be SEK 4615. The rent is without electricity and the Internet as we both contribute equally and we choose an Internet provider ourselves. Furthermore, you receive a housing allowance that we share (approx.
