Room in apartment rented
Hi with you I am looking for a roomie for a completely new 3 bedroom apartment located in the middle of Aalborg right next to the Kennedy / bus terminal. The apartment consists of 2 equally large rooms and a kitchen room with everything in white goods (also dishwasher!) And a nice bathroom with washing column and floor heating. From both rooms there is access to a large balcony. The rent is DKK 3150 + consumption which is 750 (including: heating, water, electricity, home insurance and internet) Expected housing security is DKK 450 each, which can then be deducted from the rent. Brief about myself, so I currently have. sabbatical year and expects to start studying again for the summer of 2020. I greatly appreciate having a good time with those you live with and that there is generally a good atmosphere in the apartment. Therefore, it might be nice if we could sometimes drink a cup of coffee together or cook together. Of course, there must also be room for you to just be yourself.
