Room in huge luxurious apartment for rent in central Kolding
Hello seeking housing in my luxurious apartment at 184 squaremeters, I live with Jesper and Annie, both in their mid-twenties, and my girlfriend Nanna. When Annie move out for the summer, we look therefore for just the right occasion companion for occupation from about July 1st. You get your own room in the large 5-bedroom apartment, and the opportunity to stay with 3 different and exciting people. There is an open culture where guests are welcome, but where privacy is respected and valued. It is important for me that there is good chemistry between people who live together and to prefer it that we deal with each other in everyday life. For the same reason, I have already put the call up now, so expect some questions via email or SMS. It is preferable if you have the courage to visit us for a longer talk a pleasant evening. The apartment is in Kolding pedestrian environment with many quirky shops, and walking distance to both IBA, School of Design, University of Southern railway station and not least Kolding discos and bars. The apartment has two living rooms, a stylish kitchen with dishwasher, nice bathroom, a great time and 3 bright rooms. It is certainly worth a look. Although I am a recent graduate and real work, and it is not a requirement that you study, but I prefer to create a youthful environment where we help each other with practical things, and become really good friends that month progresses forward.
