I rent my one room in Kbh NV. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment in Kbh NV of approx. 60m2, where I live in what was originally the living room, and rent out the bedroom. The room is 11m2, with a narrow built-in closet with rack and a (very) small balcony. In principle, it will not be furnished. The rent will be between 3300-3500 depending on an upcoming rent increase. The rent is inclusive of all consumption (Electricity, Water, Heating, Gas and Internet) except laundry, which costs SEK 10 per person. sink in the basement of the residential complex.
