I am in the fortunate situation that I have got my fingers in a brand new and delicious 4 bedroom apartment at Teglholmen in Copenhagen, but I lack a last roomie for the last room. The apartment is in a residential project that is ready for occupation on 1/6. It is on the first floor and has balconies overlooking the canals. The apartment has an area of 98 m2 living room, kitchen room and 3 rooms, which are almost the same size (approx. 9-11m2), as well as a good bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The price is 5350kr / m (9m2). Price is including an amount for consumption (approx. SEK 775) and internal. In the rent, a total expected housing allowance of SEK 600 is deducted for the entire household. I hope to make the occasion more just a place we happen to live together, but to a small cozy community, where we can also share some practical things.
