Room in newly built apartment with cute roomies
We are looking for a roomie for our new 4-room apartment at Parmagade on Amager. The apartment is completely new and ready for occupation on April 1st, where we are looking for a 3rd roomie to share the apartment with us. We have both been looking at the construction and are looking forward to moving in. The apartment is 110 sqm and your room is 8.3 sqm, without some walls up to our rooms. We plan to put a wardrobe in the living room so you can have all your clothes stored there if you fancy it ?? We all share a large beautiful kitchen-living room of 43 sqm (kitchen includes dishwasher) with space for both dining and TV room. There is also a lovely balcony (located peacefully and brightly) and a lovely bathroom with washing machine and dryer. A little about us and you: We are two 23-year-old women who know each other from the after school. We have both lived alone and moved because we want to live in an apartment more people together. We therefore expect you to want to join the community over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine for example. a section Game of Thrones (which has season premiere in April - something of a coincidence in our optics). We imagine that you are students and in the 20s as ourselves. Gender does not matter, but we would very much like you to want to stay in the apartment for a longer period (preferably more than a year). About Lina: I am studying in the 6th semester on psychology. I am currently doing a bachelor project at the moment (sorry in advance for overuse of coffee). In addition, I have a student job in Children, Youth and Grief. I have so far lived in an apartment in Brønshøj, and when I am home, I love to watch series, hear podcasts, read books and experiment with fun dishes. I am always fresh on a beer and look forward to finding a tribal house somewhere in Amagerbro. About Kira: I read ethnology (it is okay not to know what it is) on the 6th semester and is currently in internship in the association FISKEN, where I work full time. I live right now alone in Søborg and really look forward to getting roomies and getting close to the beach this summer. My hobbies include Do you know the type, port wine, delicious eating and knitting (I am in many ways a complex person) ;-). The practicality: Moving in is as mentioned before April 1, 2019, and you have to pay a deposit corresponding to 2 months rent + 1 month prepaid rent: a total of DKK 14,784, as your monthly rent will be at 4.928 DKK. (Including water and heat, where the rent alone is DKK 4,595). Both parties have a termination of one month to the first of the month, on the other hand, the lease is unlimited.
