Room in brand new apartment for rent
Roomie is seeking D. 1/8 me and two friends move into a brand new 5-room apartment on Vestamager, which is located approx. 1 km from Royal Arena. Metro, shopping and fitness are within walking distance and with the metro you are only approx. 20 minutes from Town Hall Square. Your room is approx. 10 m2, while the whole apartment is 130 m2. There is a large kitchen family room which also serves as a living room, two bathrooms and a balcony. We have to move into the apartment ourselves on August 1st, and so we would like to help you in planning how the apartment should be decorated. If you would like pictures from a test house in the building, please feel free to contact me. The monthly rent is DKK 4700 incl. and conto. In addition, there is electricity and internet, which we do not yet know the exact price for, but we expect it will cost approx. SEK 250 a month. When moving in, you must pay a deposit of DKK 12,975 as well as a month's prepaid rent, which is a total of DKK 17,300. In addition, of course, rent must also be paid for the month of August. However, we are flexible, so if you can move in until September, it can come up for discussion. A little about us I am 19 years old and come from Bornholm. I'm going to start as an auditor trainee in August, where I will be reading at CBS in the evening. I like to spend my free time with my friends, on training or on a good series. Oliver is also 19 years old and also comes from Bornholm. After the summer holidays, he will have to hold a sabbatical where he just has to work, and next year he expects to read to a financial economist. In his spare time he practices a lot of sports. football and strength training, and are with friends. Alexander also comes from Bornholm and is also 19 years old. He will start as a freight forwarder in August, where he will also read alongside. He spends his free time exercising on his bicycle and goes for cycling on the weekends. We all hope to have a good community in the apartment, but of course a closed door is respected. Of course, although you may want to warm up a little in the evening and invite your friends over for a beer every now and then in the weekdays, we all have to go to work, and would therefore clearly prefer to have most cozy evenings on weekends. A little about you You are +18 (but not much older than us) and would like to be a student or expect to be in the next few years. You are a friendly person with a stable economy, who is ready to enjoy and cultivate the community in the apartment, but who also helps us to get up early in our everyday lives. You, like us, want to live in a clean and nice apartment.
