Room in a collective farmhouse in Rønømme for rent
I have two rooms on the first floor - both on 12 sqm2 - which I rent out because I move back to my childhood home in Rønned from approx. d. 1/10. The accommodation is located half an hour from Næstved by car and two minutes from the South Motorway, making it easy to get to the city by a short 40 minutes to Copenhagen. The rent includes: - Heating - Home and home insurance - Internet - Alarm system - Shared laundry room, including both washing machine and tumbler Electricity and heat will be paid separately We will share the whole house and garden, including all the practical tasks. We find that out when the rooms have been rented out. :) The house is for sale while it is being rented, but there is a minimum 3 months notice in connection with any event. sale. I have some furniture myself, but have nothing against getting new additions in the home. The same goes for nips and ornaments - the more the merrier - of course with the way :) The house has thatched roofs and timberwork, and then is walking distance to a forest that you can run in.
