Room in a 90m2 delicious, newly built apartment at Nørrebrocenteret
The room is part of a large, newly built apartment of 90 m2 close to Nørrebrocenter and Nørrebro st. The apartment was built in May 2017 and is brand new. There is a large living room and a large bathroom. Similarly, a balcony belongs to the courtyard with barbecue. In the apartment there is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment complex has a cellar with a depot and bicycle storage room. A parking space in the basement must be rented. Water / heating (11,766) electricity (360) internet (240) less 50% housing support (800). We share the expenses as we share access to the apartment. The rental period is based on 6 months with the possibility of renewal. The room is not furnished (there are however curtains). Relocation can take place between 1 September and 16 September. I'm looking for a guy between 20-25 who study or work full time. My only requirement is to clean up yourself in the common areas and participate in a weekly cleaning that we will change. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. You are welcome to visit guests and you may also like to hold a warming / party occasionally by appointment :-) I am a 23-year-old guy, must read my candidate after the summer at CBS and work next to with financial management.
