Room in shared apartment rent
We are two who lives in a large apartment with three bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and bathroom in Odense C. Our third roommate moves out and we are therefore looking for a new roomie for occupation by. March 1. The room is about 14kvm and the whole apartment is 129kvm. There are large communal lounge, kitchen and toilet which is shared with us. The rent is on the 3550 incl. all payments on account, net, washing (in the basement) and common things like spices and cleaning products. The apartment is centrally located 2 min by bike to the pedestrian and shopping opportunities and 15 minutes by bicycle to the SDU. We seek an open, responsible and cleanliness person who would like to be social and is on fun sometimes. But we accept of course a closed door. We read respectively HF and Sport and Health, so we are looking for someone who also study so we can get housing benefit :) Gender does not matter where we live even a girl and a boy here.
