Room in lovely Brønshøj for rent!
Hey folks! (English version at the bottom) I have a 3 bedroom apartment in Tingbjerg, Brønshøj where I rent two rooms. In the past we have been 2, but we never used the living room, so I moved in there and then rented my old room. And since then it has gone well! The area is Brønshøj, which has the beautiful Utterslev Mose in the middle. It's about. 5 minutes walk and then you are at the western lake. Otherwise there are many lovely green surroundings. The building was built back in the 50s / 60s, so it's a bit old. However, we have just finished a renovation last year, which has provided new windows, as well as better insulation in the form of new mortar outside the building. Likewise, we have got a brand new kitchen! Fantastic. There is also a small table in the kitchen where you can eat. The bathroom is also not a small Copenhagen-toilet, but unfortunately we do not have a bathtub. There is, however, plenty of space out there. The room that is rented out is 10kvm. 4,5m x 2m + a small notch down the window, which is 1kvm approx. There is an east facing French balcony that gives a lot of light in the summer during the morning so you get up with the sun! There is also wireless internet (of course) which is very fast. Do not smoke in the apartment, so if you are smoking then it must happen outside. 2A and 132 are less than 1 minute from the apartment. The stop is called Tingbjerg School, if you want to check travel time, etc. .. About myself, I can say that I am a big, good young man of 26 summers who is studying Finance economist. I have just finished the first year. I also love to cook, so when it comes to cooking, I start some music and just go out there. I have previously had a deal with a roommate that I cook and the person then pays for his part. This is not a requirement at all, but can be seen as a 'bonus' if you do not even want to cook cook :) I'm looking for a roommate who's amazing! I know; I make great demands! ;-) Not for me, I do not matter if you are a student or a worker as long as you are only able to pay the rent on time. It will be nice if you are just the least bit social. I can easily understand that sometimes you need to close the door and pick up after everyday hardships, but some cooking occasionally, or once board games (I love yourself backgammon) are cozy. The 3rd person in the apartment is called Cæcillie. She has worked as a home helper, but begins her graduate in Art History this fall. The area has a bad reputation, but I have lived here for about 25 years and have never been exposed to anything. If you have any questions please feel free to ask! Mvh Niklas Short and Sweet (English version): A room of 10 square meters; 4.5m x 2m + 1sq meter or room down at the window. Nice, green area with three little lakes nearby. Det har en bit of a bad reputation, men efter 24 år af livet her, kan jeg sige at medierne har blæst det helt. There are 2 buses 1 minute from the apartment; 2A and 132. 2A will take you towards center. When traffic is heavy it will take about 45 minutes to get to Copenhagen Central station, otherwise it will take about 30 minutes. Of you are a student or working, I do not mind, as long as you can pay your rent. The rent is all inclusive, meaning you do not have to pay for washing clothes, electric bill or internet. Ef þú hefur einhverjar spurningar, feel free to ask them.
