Nearly square 17m2 room for rent on the ground floor in a beautiful villa in Frederiksberg. There is access to large terrace w. Grill and garden furniture, bathroom and kitchen (with everything including dishwasher). Rates include heating, water, electricity, internet and great TV package. The room can be rented for 6 or 12mdr. You're going to live with UT who is a doctor and is rarely much at home. I am seeking a young man / woman, who is good at cleaning up after themselves and take great responsibility that is clean and neat the apartment.
