Hi :) I rent a room in my 3-room apartment in Ceresbyen in the heart of Aarhus. The apartment is on the ground floor, but also has a balcony. The apartment is 65 sqm and your room is 11.9 sqm. Both rooms have access to the balcony. It costs 5,400kr. per. month including internet, electricity, water and heat. In addition, the deposit corresponding to 3 months' rent plus 1 month's prepaid rent is exclusive of consumption. I am looking for a student so that we can get housing support and thus make the rent cheaper. In the apartment there is a dishwasher, dryer and washing machine. A little about me: My name is Karin, and I'm 22 years old. I am studying for a pharmacist here in Aarhus, and have lived here for 1.5 years. In my spare time I am very active with gym and gymnastics, and I love to cook. I myself am very down to earth, so I am looking for a roomie that is the same.
