Room in Ceresbyen (Aarhus C)
Since my current roomie has found another place to live, I stand from 1/7 alone with an overly large apartment and therefore I'm looking for someone who will move in for summer. The apartment was finished 1/9-2017, so everything is brand new. There are both washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, a large balcony and storage room in basements. The apartment is within walking distance to shopping, Strøget and the railway station, and the university is about 3 kilometers away. Your room is 9.1 square meters, and the rent is 5000 kroner (excluding consumption) with the option of 500 kroner in housing support if you are a student. As a starting point, the rent is one year with the option of extension. I do not require common meals, game nights or the like, but just that we can share about cleaning, do not hold parties every weekend, nor do you smoke or keep pets. Even I am 20 years old and read Nordic Language and Literature on the second semester. When I do not read Norwegian novels and deal with vocals different pronouncements, I see good series, listen to podcasts, get visits by my girlfriends and am with my boyfriend.
