Room in central apartment complex built in 2020
Hi, I am subletting a room on Njalsgade in a relatively newly built apartment of 64 sqm with takeover from February 1 (we can talk about the date). The rent is 6500, - per month and does not cover water, heating and electricity (water and heating are around 350, - per month together while the electricity price varies). The apartment is close to KUA and Islands Brygge st and is therefore also within walking / cycling distance to both Amager Fælled, Amager Strandpark, Amagerbrogade and inner city. There are shopping opportunities right outside the door. In addition to the room, there is access to common areas with kitchen-dining room and balcony. There is also a large bathroom with washer and dryer. The common areas are shared with me, who lives in the other room and has been doing so since December. In addition, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen, shared roof terraces and bicycle cellar. You can find pictures of the building as well as a similar apartment here (I myself have not reached that far with decor, but it will probably come): About you: I do not think that gender matters, as long as you can respect that we two live together and that the common areas are therefore kept clean. I imagine that we will make concrete agreements on this. Whether you study or work is also not important as long as you can pay rent on time. About me: I work full time as an IT consultant and when Corona does not get in the way, my free time is spent on dance, various teams in the fitness world, creative activities (currently mostly painting and cooking), walks and Netflix series.
