Living room in community rented
Hi, We are a community in the middle of Kongensgade in Odense. We are looking for a new male resident in their 20s or 30s who wants to be part of a nice and relaxed community. This is a room of approx. 11 m² and is available per. March 1, but with possibility of takeover per February 1st. The apartment is 220 m² and in addition to your room there is a communal living room, large bathroom with shower and washing machine, guest toilet and large kitchen with dining area. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the community and make Kongensgade his home. We do not have regular eating, but we do share cleaning and the most basic kitchen items. There is plenty of room to be social when you want, and to retreat when you feel like it. We are looking for someone who has been wanting to stay here for longer than half a year (the lease is unlimited). You are responsible, can find out to clean up after yourself and follow a cleaning plan. The rent is DKK 2593 per person. month incl. water, heating (aconto) and internet. Electricity is divided equally between the four tenants, each quarter (approximately DKK 150 per month per person). In addition, a deposit of DKK 9000 must be paid. The former tenant of the room has been commuter, but we are open to both commuters and full-time residents. A little about us: Simon, 29, works as a physical therapist. Leisure goes with training, soccer, kite surfing. Otherwise, he enjoys being outdoors and doing outdoor activities. In addition to being an active, he is a big fan of beer, festivals and concerts. Sofie, aged 25, is a trained structural engineer and works here in Odense. Leisure is used in many different ways - everything between outdoor activities, drinks, board games and exercise. When the holidays hit it is often outside the country's borders with a camera in hand that the sun is enjoying. Matilde, aged 24, works as a theater and dance teacher at an after school as part of her education. Leisure goes with coffee, reading, theater, recycling shopping, like a little African dance and a run occasionally.
