Room in the livingroom of a large newly built apartment
We (Morten and Astrid) rent a large new 4-room apartment right next to Fisketorvet overlooking the water and looking for a third person who wants to be part of our small community as our current roommate moves together with his girlfriend. The apartment is part of a larger newly built housing project on the Skibbroen, where we have lived since May 2016. It is 113 m2, has 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen / dining room and a balcony overlooking the water. The available room is approx. 12 m2, and has a built-in closet. The rent incl. consumption is DKK 5,900 a month and there is no limitation on the rental period. A little about us: We have been friends for a long time and have lived together at Havneholmen for 2 years. We are both social people who enjoy cooking together when we are home to it, playing a game or drinking a fresh beer on the balcony, but also having every busy day. We are looking for a tenant who wants to join the community and who will help define and develop it. Morten is 30, educated economist and works as a consultant at Novo Nordisk, and Astrid is 28, has studied political science and works in the region of the capital.
