Room in Aarhus C
Hello home seeking :-) Pr. 1/7/2017 we have a free room in our 5 bedroom apartment at Nørreport (Aarhus C), and we are looking for a new tenant. The available room is "Room 1" (see floor plan). The room is about 11 square meters. In addition to your own room, you will have access to the apartment's common areas; A large and bright family room, kitchen, entrance hall, distribution hall and separate bathroom and toilet. Upon moving in, your own room will be unfurnished. In the apartment there is also a dishwasher and in the basement there is a washing machine (it costs 25 kr per month for washing) + drying room. The monthly rent is 3500 kr. Excl. Consumption (total rent incl. Consumption + internet is about 4200 kr.) In addition, a deposit must be paid. The rent will run immediately for one year, but this can easily be agreed upon :-) You will live with my girlfriend Magnus, our tenant Adam and me. We appreciate our privacy and the apartment is not a collective where there is daily communal eating or partying every weekend ..
