Along with my roomie Janus, I am looking for a new person to join our little cozy community, after our second roomie goes on to new adventures. You would move in with Janus (24, read Idræt) and Jacob (21 years, read Computer Technology). The house is a terraced house of 105 sqm distributed on two levels, which gives rise to natural distribution between privacy in rooms (Upper floor) and community in shared areas (Ground floor). The home comes equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen and furnished common areas - but also with the possibility that some new furniture may fall in and you can put your mark if you want it! Your room will be a 12 sqm room with built-in closet, and the opportunity to get a large IKEA closet with free for occupancy. The rent is approx. SEK 3400, including all consumption and internet, and included housing support. We imagine that you are a student or a full-time worker and ready to be part of a down-to-earth community with common cosiness, but also room for personal freedom.
