Hi are you my new roommate? From September 1st I have a roof room in lovely Åbyhøj, which misses a tenant. The room is already furnished with a double bed and a tall closet with three doors. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen contains pots, pans, various kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses and dishes etc. There is access to a bicycle cellar as well as a laundry cellar with drying room Lovely common grass area with possibility to grill. The apartment is 15 minutes by bus from Aarhus city center, 15-20 min. by bike. Rent of only 2750 kr. per month. This includes: water, heating, electricity, internet and licensing. (TV package can be purchased) If you are a student it is possible to apply for housing support, As I myself study until the summer of 2020. Deposit is on 3 months rent (8250Kr.) In total, upon moving in, 11,000Kr. (first month's rent + security deposit) Cancellation must be made no later than 2 months before the desired vacancy. About me: I am a guy of 33 summers studying for a social educator with over 1 year of education. My spare time goes with my friends, to participate in film and theater and otherwise a lot of volunteer work for Aarhus Rethinkers. When I need to relax it usually becomes a movie or a series. About you: You may have moved away from home and know a little about what it means to live outside. However, it is not a requirement if you appear competent and sensible. You help keep the apartment clean and tidy and can clean up after yourself. You are a non-smoker. Finally, ask if there is anything else you want to know.
