(Østerlunden 34, 1 floor, 5000 Odense C) The apartment is a total of 86 sqm and consists of 3 rooms, shared bathroom, shared kitchen and hallway. You will get the small room of 10 sqm. (we are the first to stay in the apartment as it is new construction) The rent is approx. DKK 3600 including consumption (after housing support approx. SEK 3300). In addition, we will share the cost of internet and home insurance. We expect you to: You are a student (due to housing allowance).
