ROOMIE SEARCH Do you want to stay in a nice newly renovated apartment in the center of Odense? read on! Room information: - approx. 12 sqm - west facing farm environment - Built-in cupboard - TV connector Since I have not yet received the key, I still lack the exact dimensions of the room and thus the exact size. But if you are interested and can pay the rent I would love to hear from you. On Sunday I have the exact goals. I take over the apartment per April 1, on unlimited rent. You can move in from April 15 on unlimited rental of a room. There will be mutual 2mdr termination. The occupancy price will be 2x rented in deposit, 2x pre-paid rent and 1st rent. Incl. in the rent are electricity, water, heating, tv and internet. I expect that the rent will be 4600kr, but still have to receive prices for yousee agreement in the owner association, which may be cheaper than expected. Our rooms are equally large and we share the common areas on equal footing. I buy new furniture for the living / dining room and put my TV in there. Since I myself move from a very small apartment with few things, you have a good opportunity to also put your mark on the apartment. The kitchen is large, and despite some kitchen equipment there is also room for you. I also bring a large microwave. In the bathroom there is a washer and dryer. In addition to that, I bring a drying rack and iron and board. You have to respect the common house order and take your cleaning job - Can stay with a dog and will love it - Is socially laid out, but agree that parties are limited to special events. - Accepts that our room is our own private space. About me: - 28 years - Medical students - Have a student job at a medical clinic in the city, and temporary work at OUH - Are dog owner. My dog Niko, who is a Löwchen, has been living with my parents since August 2017, but must now stay with me again. - I always have a lot of time and engage myself next to the program in a student association. But when I get home I want peace. - However, I LOVE a good dinner party and socializing with friends and family. I can spend hours standing in the kitchen. - When I go to town, I like to meet with the girlfriends before and drink wine - there must be room in the apartment for both you and me. - I like company games such as Hint, but is a huge bad loser if we play matador. - I have no expectation that we should cook together, but will love if we agree a fixed weekday that could be room day.
