The room is 14 m2 with OWN ALTAN and VERY CABIN. I rent the room as I do not need the extra space. The room has so far served as a bedroom, where it is perfectly located, facing a courtyard, without neighbors or overcrowding. The room has masses of storage with two closets; a large wardrobe, a smaller shelf and a hanger bar. The balcony is facing east and has sun until 2 pm It is not the world's largest balcony, but today there are a couple of chairs, a table and a barbecue. It is a nice place to enjoy the sun and the view of the city center and Budolfi church. In the apartment there is a newer kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove, with what is needed for cookware. The rent is SEK 4,000 / month, in the included: - Internet - Water / heating, acconto - Washing machine and dryer In addition, there is well-functioning waste chute, which I think is delicious. There are 3 months deposit and 2 months prepaid rent. The rental period is not necessarily limited to 3-12 months Brief about me: I am 30 years old, enjoy life with a little party and fuss from time to time at weekends, training, having fun with friends and family and then I like to cook.
