Room rented in Risskov
I just moved in a new apartment and looking for someone to share this with! :) The apartment is about 92 m2 and consists of 4 rooms. 1 small room and 2 large rooms as well as a large living room with kitchen at one end and a nice bathroom. The small room is shared between the residents of the apartment and used as storage for clothes, shoes, cleaning and so on and the two large rooms are of course used as each our own room! The living room and kitchen are common and there is enough space for both. In addition, there is a large balcony at one end of the living room. The apartment is in a brand new apartment block that has just been built. Everything is new and beautiful and there is air conditioning and underfloor heating in all rooms. The rent is set at 3500 + 500 in consumption, covering water, heat and electricity. Deposit and prepaid rent is one month's rent. I myself am 27 years old and work as a deputy manager in a grocery store. I work a lot as I love to work and create a good career. I train in fitness a number of times a week but also love just relaxing when I need it! :) The apartment is located in a completely new area in Risskov, close to grocery shopping, fitness, beach and not least the light rail!
