The apartment is 104 sqm and is located on Nordlandsgade a stone's throw from Amagerbro metro. The apartment contains 2 large rooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The room for rent is approx. 20 sqm. Living room, kitchen etc. is of course for common use. The practical: The rental period is to start with 3 months, up to 31.05.20 but with good (!) Possibility for the 1st year extension. The rent is NOK 6500 incl. everything. Of course, we share the housing subsidy, which is why you will end up with a rent of DKK 6,100. A little about me: I am 23 years old, studying for a daily HA general at CBS and going to write a bachelor. In addition, I have study jobs in Deloitte which I also spend quite a few hours on. When I'm not at school or at work, I spend my time training, friends and family. Requirements for you: I prefer that you are between the ages of 22 and 28 and are students (otherwise we will not receive housing subsidies). In addition, I prefer that you have tried to live outside before and know how to swing a vacuum cleaner. It is important that you consider the apartment as a place to relax. I run a fairly tight program, so it is important to me that the apartment is a nice and relaxed place to be special in everyday life. That is not to say that friends etc. are not welcome. :)) In addition, of course I hope we can drink a glass of wine or a cup of coffee sometime in between, but there is certainly room for a closed door as well.
