In the house at Solkrogen 14 I have an extra room (19 sqm) and toilet (6 sqm) with bathroom for rent. In the room there is a built-in closet and there is a desk. In the kitchen area (8 sqm) there is also closet and drawer space available and there is a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle and microwave. In the house there is also a utility room where there is a washing machine and tumble dryer available, for a fee. In the utility room there is also closet space. Outside the house there are ample parking possibilities and after the summer holidays there will also be a possibility for parking in the carport where clothes can also be hung to dry. The 3000 kr.
