Room 400 m from the private park with its own balcony
The building is not even two years old, has underfloor heating in all rooms and is located at Kløvermarksvej just 400 meters from the Unipark. There are private parking spaces, bicycle sheds and storage rooms behind the building. We will be sharing an apartment of 52 m2 which besides our rooms consists of a kitchen / hallway and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge / freezer, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Furthermore, own washer / dryer in the bathroom. Your room is approx. 10 m2 and has its own balcony of 5 m2. Apart from a built-in cupboard, it is rented out unfurnished (without the lamp and the curtains in the picture). I stay until I finish my studies so you can stay at least the next five years. The room is rented out to 4.352 a month which includes: water, heating and electricity and 50 Mbit internet and home insurance, since my both covers me and my partner. The price is calculated on the basis of full housing support of 1000 SEK a month. Since water, heat and electricity are paid on account and we share it all over, some of it is repaid once in a while. Therefore, the final price is only about 4,200 kr depending on consumption. The lease agreement will contain three months' notice for both parties. (If you are not a student or otherwise disqualify us from receiving housing benefit, the difference will be added to the rent) A little about me: My name is Simon, I am 22 years old and reading medicine in the third semester. I spend a lot of time reading and otherwise I'm happy to relax with a beer or a good movie. I am reasonably helpful in a kitchen when I just get together and like to use my hands if you have to fix a bike or something else.
