The room itself is about 7 square meters, but there is a large common area in the apartment, located on Margretheholmen in Copenhagen K behind the opera and close to the Reffen. The apartment complex in which the apartment is located was built in 2014 and is very modern. It contains dishwasher, washer and dryer. There is also a lift. The apartment itself consists of 3 rooms and a large kitchen family room with associated balcony. We ourselves are two students of 24 years and read at KU and DTU respectively. We are looking for a student who would like to enjoy once in a while and is otherwise just a happy and healthy person. The lease is valid from mid-August or 01/09/19. The rent is DKK 4,500 and covers all fixed housing costs (electricity / water / heating / internet). In addition, a deposit equivalent to three months' rent and one month's prepaid rent is required.
