Here at Hyggelunden we are looking for a roomie in our small town house located in the heart of Frederikssund. ?? I myself turn 23 until September, and live here on Lundevej with my dogs Mona and Flemming. It is important to me that the dogs are also part of what we love as a tenant and that we can enjoy ourselves together - even if there is also the opportunity to withdraw in the living room (the lease). I am a super happy and social girl, and hope to find the same (preferably some peers) in the new move to Hyggelunden. ?? The lease: The lease is on the ground floor (I myself live on the 1st floor) and includes the possibility of own entrance of 1.5 m2, own living room of 13.7 m2 and bedroom of 9 m2. The entire house appears newly renovated and was renovated in the summer of 2019. Common: bathroom, kitchen, garden and parking ?? - Since there is shared bathroom I think only women can keep up with me ??
