We are looking for a super cute roomie! We both read marketing economics and are both 22 years old. In our spare time, we both train and work a lot. Moving in will be April 15, 2020, or by appointment. Here we are quite flexible, we even move in on April 1, 2020. Theirs are huge fan of walking in nature. Luna has started to be a fan of walks as she has got a cute little dog. It's a French Bulldog, which is why you need to be happy with a dog. We fully agree that you need to pull in once in between and close the door, so we have it ourselves. However, we also think it could be nice with a good game of communal eating and some bad reality on the couch afterwards. The room is approx. 8-9 sqm. We do not know it completely, as it is new construction and we have only seen one test house. See the room on the floor plan. The rent will be 4.900, - per. month all inclusive. This includes internet, maintenance etc. Upon moving in we charge 3 months prepaid rent as well as the first month's rent - in total when moving in is hereby 14,700, - + 4,900, -. The apartment is located in Ørestaden, a 5-minute walk from the Ørestad metro. With this, Fields and Bellacenter are right in the backyard and there are super good shopping opportunities. We are open for a couple to move in as long as there are some precautions.
