We are two friends who have been fortunate to have a 4-room apartment in the Bird Quarter until January. Therefore, we are looking for a 3rd room that will move in with us on January 15, 2019. The apartment is 110 sqm and consists of 3 rooms and a large living / kitchen area. In addition, there are two terraces, see pictures. We are looking for a student so we can get housing support. Monthly service incl. water, heat, wifi and electricity - approx. 5613 kr. In addition, there are: - 3 months prepaid rent 15,537.5 kr. - Deposit of 15,537.5 kr. With housing support, the monthly benefit will be approx. 5300 kr. Total. Hard for a student, but the apartment is worth it;) A little about us: Signe (23 years) is studying Digital Design and Interactive Technologies at the IT University. Signe has an old grandmother's soul - she treats her plants like her children, knits her own hats, bakes buns and pastries every weekend and always finds good excuses for taking home from a city trip. Kristina (24 years) studies Film and Media Studies at KUA, reads too little and looks too much reality tv. She is always the bad winner / loser for the play-offs, and has to leave the party without saying goodbye. Our common hobbies are RuPauls Dragrace and drinking G & T.
