Hi, all the people in Odense C I rent a room with shared toilet, kitchen and living room that is shared with me. Movement will take place per. 1/11 2018. The apartment is located in Odense C, right down to the river and is very central to the pedestrian street and 3 km to SDU and UCL. - The apartment is 93 m2 divided into two rooms, a bathroom, a living room, a basement, a hallway and a kitchen. - There is access to a common courtyard - The room is rented 15 m2 - The apartment has a dishwasher and there is a laundry room in the basement where there is a coin laundry and one wash costs 10-20 kr. I am looking for - A student so that housing subsidies. - One who takes part in the household and is not afraid to swing a vacuum cleaner and cleans up afterwards. - one is fresh on a glass of wine or a cup of coffee every now and then. Who am I: My name is Sarah and I'm 23 years old. I am studying a nurse and finished until June. I am originally from Sønderborg. In my spare time, I go up to a lot of friends and my work at a rehabilitation center in Odense. The practical: The rent is 4,600 kr. Incl. Water (aconto), heating (aconto) + internet plus the small TV package and electricity.
