When I move with my girlfriend, I have to move out of my lovely room at Alliancevej. You will live with cute Astrid and Natalie. The apartment, which is newly built, is 102 square meters and is located in the new residential area in Sydhavnen. There are water on 3 sides of the building and really cozy. It is 10 minutes by bike to Vesterbro and Fisketorvet, 2 minutes walk to Irma, Netto and public transport. Your room is approx. 10 square meters and overlooks the courtyard. There is access to a large living room in open connection with a kitchen that has a dishwasher. The large bathroom also has a washing column with dryer and washing machine. The apartment also has 2 large balconies with afternoon sun. You are lucky enough to move with Natalie and Astrid, both of whom are 26 years old and work full time. They are looking for a female roommate who is quiet and calm, has control of the economy and would like to participate in the household and community in the apartment. We clean the apartment once a week (wound approximately) and we eat together once in a while, but it does not happen on a daily basis. The rent is DKK 5,330 per month incl. aconto water and heat, and you must pay a deposit amounting to DKK 8,700 plus one month's prepaid rent. In addition, electricity and internet cost around DKK 200 a month. The room must be taken 1/6 at the latest, but I'm flexible, so if you want to move in before it can also be arranged.
