We rent a room in our lovely apartment on Trepkasgade. Until now, hiring is limited to 30 / 9-2019. The apartment is located on Trepkasgade in a very nice building with high ceilings, stucco and large windows. In the apartment we share a large living room, with seating for both the sofa and dining table. In addition to the living room we share the kitchen, which is also a very good size. Here there is plenty of closet space and most importantly all the washing machine. There is also room for a small dining table. It is also in the kitchen that you find the apartment's most important room, namely the powder room. Here there is room for all the shit that would otherwise only stand and fill everywhere. In addition, the bathroom and toilet are separate and both are relatively new. To the apartment there is a cozy courtyard and cellar. Shared laundry is also available in the basement. On the Trepkasgade itself there is free parking and there are also many of the surrounding streets. Your room is about 10 sqm. We have drawn a small overview of the apartment. The monthly rent is DKK 4500 incl. water and heat. In addition, internet and electricity are provided. Deposits must be paid for a deposit of 13,500 kr. (3 months rent) and prepaid rent 9000 kr. (2 months rent) + first month rent. The room is available from 10/8 and the first month's rent will therefore be DKK 2250. MEMBER ABOUT US: Our name is Kathrine and Isabella. We are 2 quiet and quiet girls who are very down on earth. We are both 21 years old and must study and work respectively after summer. Kathrine is currently looking for a job in Aarhus and Isabella is still finding out what to study. We love board games and red wine and if we have to say it, a really good company.
