As our one roommate flies from the nest, we now rent a room in our apartment in Valby. It is a newly built apartment of 114 square meters, consisting of 3 rooms plus communal area in the form of the conversation kitchen and living room with access to a nice balcony. In addition to this there is a state-of-the-art bathroom with washer and dryer, and in the kitchen there is also a dishwasher. At the same time there is also a basement attached to the apartment, plus a bicycle storage room. We are even so lucky that we have a lift, because it can be a long way up to the 2nd floor when you have gone out and shop big ;-) The apartment is located in a newer neighborhood with many young people and young families. Valby Maskinfabrik is a 10-minute walk to Valby Station and Spinderiet with good shopping! You will live with two quiet and calm and welcoming girls, Sophie, who study at RUC and Kristina who work in sales. We are looking for an aged 22-26 year. With some experience from other "housing collections" and only experience living outside. We appreciate that you can clean up after yourself and have an eye for when there is a need to be a little worn with the vacuum cleaner.
