Dear homeowners! As one of our roomies from our lovely apartment on Teglholmen, we will have a vacant room with occupancy on 1/7. The apartment is a 4-room apartment of almost 100 sqm right down to the water and has among other things. a large kitchen room, large bathroom, two balconies as well as dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. In the apartment, Anders lives at 27, who works in a bank, and Chloe at 23, who works at a board game cafe. We all have a great time with each other, sometimes eat dinner together or get a beer together - and we therefore want to find someone who wants to take part in the cozy atmosphere and create a homely feeling in the apartment. Of course there is always room for privacy and a closed door! The apartment is 4 km from Rådhuspladsen and 2 km from Fisketorvet. Next is Netto, Irma and public transport just around the corner. The room is about 9 sqm with a monthly rent of 4750,58 kr incl. water and hot aconto. Electricity and internet are payable next door. Next, the room is rented unfurnished (in addition to a closet that belongs to the room). Before moving in, a deposit of DKK 19,367.50 must be paid.
