Welcome! As our good roomie moves with her boyfriend, we have a room available in the best location. You will stay in a highly architectural area where regional trains, metro and bus are 5 min away from the elevator. Your room will be 9 sqm with space for your furniture etc. We imagine you are a man aged approx. 20-26 who speak Danish. The rent is from July 1st. ROOMIES We are very open-minded at home, love to be social and talk. We are large with most things, but appreciate that things can be talked about without a bad mood. However, one's room is one's own space. Morten (22) Works at the Zoo and spends a lot of time in the city's cafes and shops Anna (22) Studying Economics at KU, as well as working and riding alongside Catrine (21) Studying HA (jur.) At CBS, and working and using her time in fitness THE APARTMENT The rent includes free use of the bathroom, kitchen and living room. All three rooms are furnished. We are flexible and will have the opportunity to have guests visit. - 5 bedroom apartment - 132 sqm in total - 5th floor with elevator - Household appliances (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher) - Large balcony with table and chairs. Here, too. smoking takes place. The apartment is 5 min walk from Bella Center and Ørestad st. There are metro, regional train and bus. Fields is a 10 min walk away and Rema 1000 is right next to the lift to the apartment. GENERAL - 1 month prepaid rent (thus you do not pay rent the last month you live here) - 1 month rent - 3 month deposit There is a three month termination. Moving in per July 1, 2020 The rent is 4800 + 500 DKK for electricity, water, heat, internet, and small things like kitchen towel, toilet paper, etc. As a starting point, we are looking for someone who wants to live here for some years to come.
