Due to the fact that we have acquired a fantastic apartment, in a newly built building that is a bit too big for us to spread all our rooms, we are looking for an upcoming room with moving in mid December. About the apartment: - Location: The roof of the Vanløse station (8 minutes by bike to CBS, 9 minutes by metro to Nørreport). The roof is about to house approx. 70 shops and restaurants and a 1,000 sqm fitness center, which means nothing is far away and there will be plenty of life in the area. - The room you rent is 11.1 sqm in a 5-room spirits new apartment of 134 sqm. - The room itself is unfurnished, but all common areas will be furnished - The apartment consists of 3 floors, common living room, large new kitchen and bathroom (87 sqm total) - Dishwasher, washer and dryer in the apartment - 5,750 kr. / Month. incl. everything (electricity, water, heating and internet) - Housing support is possible! - Deposit is on one month's rent (DKK 5750) and 3 months prepaid rent (17,250 kr.). - Occupation d. December 15, 2017 - The rent is unlimited, why we are looking for one we have good chemistry with. We would like to see our coming roomie a student and easy to handle. You will live with three boys of 20, 20 and 24 years, all of whom are students at CBS.
