I have been lucky to have a nice apartment on Finderupvej in Aarhus C. from 1/6. The apartment is 87 square meters and has 4 rooms. I MISS A STAY A RENT TO THE LAST ROOM (approximately 10 m2). With me you get: Nice south facing balcony, a nice large common room, bathroom with separate shower and washer / dryer and something as magical as a dishwasher etc. The rent is 4315, - incl. Aconto water and heat, electricity and internet, which are respectively. 250 and 80 kr. Deposit is payable corresponding to 3 months rent + one month's prepaid rent incl. Consumption, ie DKK 17,590.
