The apartment consists of a kitchen, bathroom, 2 rooms, balcony and a cellar. In the apartment there are both dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. There is a possibility to rent a car park in the heated underground car park. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, but there is a lift in the building. The rent is 4856,50, - incl. internet, electricity, water, heating, housing support, insurance and license. Deposit of 2 months rent and 1 month's prepaid rent. A little about me: I study for social counselor on the 3rd semester. I get up to date and expect that we will find solutions that work for both of us in common areas. I spend a lot of time with my friends and girlfriends and I'm so happy to spend time in fitness.
