Uldum High School

Somewhere in the middle of Jutland, lies Uldum High School. It is one of Denmark's oldest high schools who in 2014 celebrated its 165 birthday. It is a high school with a proud tradition, but which renews itself constantly. At Uldum High School have each student the opportunity to develop in the direction they want, however, within the framework of society.

Uldum College was founded in 1849, while Grundtvig still alive, as one of the first schools in Denmark. Therefore, it is also a very traditionsrig school with many values.

It is the place where cultures and diversities meet and learn from each other. Unity, solidarity and diversity are among some of the most important values that represent the high school and live out through teachers and students. It is up to the individual to make the most of their stay at the school, and both responsibility and joy are some of the values the school represents.

Daily life is based on all outer and help each other. There is respect for diversity and the diversity and collaborative always across as many people as possible learn the most of it.

School facilities:

The school has its own swimming pool, beach volleyball courts (though there are far to the coast), gym, idrætssal and outdoor areas for those who are very active and loves sports. There are art workshops for clothing, paintings, glass and ceramics, as well as a concert hall for you who are creative. And for you that is fun type who just want to socialize on the calm and quiet level, the café and fireplace room.

If you have your own horse and can not do without it for a long time, or you just do not want to miss your workout, so take it! Uldum College cooperates with the riding school in Uldum, where you can have your horse stabled during their stay.

Students are taught among other things in music and theater, psychology and pedagogy, art and design, culture and society, sports and swimming, as well as Danish. Besides the long courses are also constantly some smaller courses, a one-week course, spread over the year.
