Rental of room for single girl / woman
Dear future renter I rent a room in my lovely apartment - we have to share kitchen, bath and entrance. Therefore, I also imagine that our chemistry and confidence will be all-important - perhaps we could act as some kind of roommates. I imagine that you are a mature and responsible girl / woman, independent of young children, non-smoker, in work or in education, trusting and contributing to the fact that we can live together in a clean, nice and cozy home. You MUST be able to withstand and could like cat, since I have a wonderful Norwegian forest cat, who will surely get along with you too - however, you cannot bring your own pets, as there must be only one pr. household. You are very welcome to participate in common garden days, but it is not a requirement - our large shared garden you are free to enjoy and use. If you have a smaller car we can possibly. agree that it must be parked in my carport. You can get a little storage space in both my shed and attic - but not for larger things / furniture. In the price (DKK 4,000, -) is included water / heating / electricity / license / large TV package / window cleaning exterior - in addition, I provide cleaning agents / washing-up / detergent / toilet paper / kitchen roll / soap etc. which I charge you kr. 500, - extra for pr. - So in total the rent is DKK 4,500, - per. months Let me hear from you, if you need a small lease for a time - I have written a shorter rental period, but should our chemistry and desire be present, we can easily agree a possible extension of the lease.
