Room rental in Frederiksberg
I am looking for someone who would rent a room with me in Frederiksberg from 1 July 2022 to 1 August 2023. - The room is 15 square meters + access to kitchen and bathroom - The monthly rent is 5,300 DKK (+ 15,000 kroner in deposit / deposit) - A rental contract would be made with a fixed commitment of 13 months Deposit + prepaid monthly rent paid on 1/6 (20,300 DKK). The next rent would be on 31/7 2022 and the amount would be DKK 5,300. I am looking for someone who is in their early 20s, and who is either studying / going to study this summer, or someone who has a sabbatical year, and who works in Copenhagen or the surrounding area.
