Rental of room on Birkegade
I'm looking for a roommate for apartment near Sankt Hans Torv I am lucky enough to live right in the very best neighborhood in Elmegade at Nørrebro, a few meters from Sankt Hans Torv. A super cool area with lots of life, cafes and shops. I stand now and looking for a new roommate. I am a guy of 23 years. I read HA Mat on CBS in two years. In addition to going to school, I work in the net in Nørrebro. I like to train a lot of fitness, just as I both player and coach youth basketball. The apartment is 75 sqm divided into two rooms, one single furnished room, shared kitchen and bathroom. There is a washing machine in the apartment. The room I rent out is approximately 15 sqm. and is Furnished. The property includes a cozy, closed and renovated farm, with the possibility of barbecue and games of various kinds in the summer. The rent is 4400 kr per month and there must be two months rent deposit upon moving in. Internet is free, water and heating are included. the rent. Electricity and TV bill we pay beside the rent one once every 3 months. I'm looking for a roommate who will contribute to a good and cozy cohabitation. You must be eni aged 20-25. You are welcome to be a student like myself. You must be non-smoking and have a desire to contribute to the household chores.
