Rental of rooms in the Northwest Quarter
Hello, I rent my extra room in my apartment. The apartment is in the northwest area of Copenhagen, zip code: 2400. Rental is from October 1st! You will have to live with one person who is me :) I am 21 years old and have just taken a hole on my second Sabbath year when I finished STX in the summer of 2017. At the moment, I work as a cousin in a nursery and need my Sabbath year to save up on some travel, as well as find out what to study in the future. In addition, I am an active person, really like sports and training myself as much as time permits, has played basketball on elite level and therefore also has a lot of interest in sports. Otherwise, it's just the classic that I'm hanging out with family and friends so they will also be visiting again and again. There will be live birds in the apartment, just for info (in case of allergy or anything else), plus a small dog once in a while. The room is 8 sqm / m2, but very spacious (2.55x3.10). Feels bright and freshly painted, as well as unfurnished. Monthly rent is 5,000 kr. Incl. electricity, gas, heating, water, internet, insurance, households. Households included in the monthly rent will cover that toilet paper, kitchen towels, cleaning supplies, soap, washing powder, shampoo etc. are always available in the apartment. You will want to take care of bath towels, bedding, sheets and the like. In the apartment you will have access to: - The room - Toilet / bath - Kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove) - Washing machine - Dryer (which may eventually be replaced by a dishwasher) - Household appliances - Dryer in the basement - Own cellar - Cycle path The area offers many different shopping (net and rema1000 2 min walking distance), is within walking distance to the library, 2 min on the go to various public transports 5C, 350S, 250S. 5 min by bike to Nørrebro station, 7 min to Nørrebro roundabout, 2 min to Bellahøj swimming pool.
