Rental of room
We are looking for a tenant to a room out in Aarhus Island on Bernhardt Jensens Boulevard 91, 2 th. There is a room in a brand new apartment that I've got the pleasure to rent from d. 1 April. The apartment is on 94kvm + 3 small balconies. Further information about the room comes later, when Katrina and I have not chosen room yet. Can communicate it'll be around the 10kvm Public areas consist of a small living room, kitchen and bathroom / toilet. The rent incl. everything (rent, water + heating, electricity, internet) is approximately 4100 kr. Per month. The property is ready to indflyning d 01/04/2017 By moving in, paid the equivalent of three months' rent for deposit and two months rent. There are way washer, dryer and dishwasher. About Us: You're going to live with Christopher (me) who are starting to read BSc 2nd semester. I love sports, music (playing piano), relax to Netflix and have made the necessary training occasionally. In addition, you get to live with Katrine currently working in a nursery. She is good to eat and relax ... We are 20 and 21 years and know each other from the sports school in Aarhus. We're looking for a sweet, friendly and open person, and hope to get a good sense of community in the apartment. One must of course respect the famous closed door and can and dare to swing the classic vacuum cleaner occasionally.
